We put a lot of focus on making sure your items get delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

Processing
After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Order Status
Once you have placed your order, we will update you on the status of your order by email.

Order Confirmation
Immediately after you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with a summary of your order and shipping and billing details.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email letting you know your item has left our warehouse. The email contains details about what is included in the shipment as well as a tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Note that sometimes it takes 48 hours for the carrier to update the status of the shipment, sometimes longer, and your tracking link may not work immediately. If your order has multiple items, they may be separated into separate packages and shipped on different dates. You will receive a separate Shipping Confirmation for each shipment.

Please note:

Due to the customer's personal reasons (customs clearance, wrong address, unreachable address, wrong phone number), the package was not claimed within the time limit and the package was destroyed. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to the buyer authorizing the package to be left on the front door, neighbor, etc.

Due to the international transportation, some packages may be inspected after arriving at the local customs, and customs duties may be incurred. Therefore, buyers should pay attention to the notice issued by the local customs. Duties are collected by local customs, and the seller has no right to collect any duties from the buyer.

If the package cannot be delivered smoothly due to the buyer's non-payment of customs duties, the seller will not bear any responsibility, and we will not accept any refund requests.
