We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.

Returns Policy:

Conditions

  1. All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any item(s) that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable, in most cases.
  2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, including beauty items, Lucky Bags, masks, protective equipment, items with non-returnable marks and free gifts.

How long can I return the items?

Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you've received all your items. Please contact us immediately. No returns are made after 14 days from the date you've received your items.

Order Cancellation


Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before making payment. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@asfairy.com. Your order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped.

Refunds

1. Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item, postmarked within 35 days after the purchase date, has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.
2. For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package.Unfortunately, due to transportation delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
3. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

 

PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days

Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours

Exchanges 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@asfairy.com 

Notes
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Before returning the goods, the buyer should confirm the return address before returning the goods to the seller. If the buyer does not communicate with the seller nor confirm the return address, and return the goods directly to an unconfirmed address, the return will not be considered as a valid return, so the seller will not accept any refund requests.

 

Why is the received amount less than the refund amount?
1. The bank charges a commission fee.
2. The exchange rate has changed compared to that of the payment.
If you receive less than the original amount, you may contact your bank to check the above scenarios.

For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

How can I get a refund if my credit/debit card is no longer valid or has expired?
For security reasons, the refund will only be processed to the original card from which the payment has been deducted.
If your original card has expired or is no longer valid, you may contact the card issuer (your bank or card company) for assistance; they will still be able to receive the money on your behalf.
